Terms & Conditions
This agreement respects the Terms of Trade of Dow Jones News GmbH which will be sent to the subscriber on request. The subscription starts with the first delivery. A subscription of “Dow Jones MetalSource Europe” costs € 169 per month.

All content of “Dow Jones MetalSource Europe” is based on extensive own reporting as well as information from international news agencies, exchanges and data vendors. OTC price data are carefully researched from established sources in the market, and are in some cases partially based on econometric models. Exchange price data are sourced from licensed data vendors. All text and data content is acquired with journalistic accuracy. No liability is assumed for delays or errors.

The initial subscription period is 12 months. The subscription can be cancelled by giving a minimum of 3 months’ notice prior to the end of each 12-month period. The initial subscription and yearly fees are due at the beginning of each term.

If appropriate, the VAT at the prevailing rate will be added. The subscription is limited to the exclusive use by the person indicated on the order form. It is not allowed to publish or forward Dow Jones content without explicit permission of Dow Jones. Conditions and restrictions concerning intranet usage, rights of publication or distribution via Email are available upon request.
